“Wear your story, we are your story”: wear a shirt that talks about you, because your unique story is sealed in the shirt. This is the concept behind Xacus’ new storytelling project presented at Pitti Immagine Uomo 2018.
The project talks about the versatility of its collections via unrepeatable, daily moments in the life of people wearing the shirts, and they do so in six emotionally atmospheric videos. Each video narrates typical, representative gestures of the people in different circumstances where the shirt can be used, while at the same time, underlining the manufacturing details that allow you to enjoy some of the key aspects of its wearability.
The models chosen are not professionals but people picked from street casting precisely to ensure that the products are interpreted by those who wear a shirt every day, including Xacus shirts.
In each video, the Xacus shirts collection is associated with an environment and a lifestyle.
The Business Casual, that represents tailoring tradition, is worn by a photographer with a sensitivity for elegance who takes a selfie with a post-modern twist. The Casual & Sport, identified by a genuine vintage-chic garment, is worn on a trip out of town to a mountain lake to unwind. A shirt from the Business collection that includes items that are not overly formal and non-iron, is worn for getting around by motorbike during a working day. Evening, the range where elegance is essential, is ideal for the opening night at the theatre of a musical artist. Fashion, characterised by stretch and fashion shirts, is set in an after-evening scenario of modern dancing in an underground club. Lastly, is Xacus Woman, the sophisticated collection for women, shown in the sixth video.
The aim is to convey the message that each Xacus shirt is designed for a precise occasion or moment and that age, physical appearance, profession, style and the seasons all play a factor. Those looking for a tailored shirt will find exactly what they want with Xacus.
